Meet the Moroccan slow cooker. Tajine is a traditional Moroccan pot, made from earthenware clay, with a tall, conical lid.

Tajine is traditionally cooked over hot charcoal leaving an adequate space between the coals and the pot. Avoiding the temperature rise quickly and keeping the stew simmering gently.
