Pour 1 cup oat meal in hot salty water ( as hot as your feet can handle) and soak your feet for 15 mins. Salt relieves stress and oatmeal soothes and nourishes cracked and dry skin. Don’t forget to moisturize and then relax them in warm cotton socks.
